Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of your property? NRI Staffing is hiring for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting a well-maintained garden-style apartment community in Northwest DC.

This is a solo role Perfect for someone confident handling day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
No nights or weekends

$22/hour
Temp-to-hire with long-term potential

• Complete general maintenance and in-unit service requests
• Handle plumbing repairs (leaks, fixtures, toilets)
• Perform light electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting)
• Repair drywall, paint, and maintain unit interiors
• Fix doors, locks, and hardware
• Assist with HVAC systems (boilers, chillers, convectors)
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues
• Provide professional service to residents
