Job Title: Project Manager Location: Fully Remote (must work PST hours) Duration: 6 months Assignment Shift/Hours: 40hr/week in the beginning, but may move to part time as projects progress Summary: Leads project teams and sub teams to develop and implement new programs and process improvements. Manages projects in accordance with established program management methodologies. Ensure that multiple projects meet specified timelines and deliver expected results. Manages and monitors project or program schedules, progress and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget. Maintains, adjusts and updates project plans as needed. Looking specifically for a project manager to help facilitate the team. Daily Responsibilities: Collaborate as needed. Gathering requirements from stakeholders. Establish timelines. True PM work. Help team remain on track for deadlines and goals. Remaining organized. Follow up as needed. Partner with cross functional teams as needed. Key projects: Will help facilitate customs projects (implementation and standards) and (implementation of a customs presence in client areas). Technology requirements: Microsoft Office Suite. Smartsheet's (main one). Project Management tooling. Degree or certifications required: No degree required. PMP highly preferred. Years of experience: 4+ years of relevant experience. Required background & Skills: Knowledge of project management. Has seen projects from start to end successfully. Attention to detail. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Experience with large cross function projects (international projects are a plus). Ability to pivot as needed. Supply chain background. Basic supply chain knowledge. Nice-to-Haves: Knowledge of customs and trade would be a plus.
