Global Security Operations Center Manager

Joining Triple Canopy in this role allows you to leverage your expertise to help detect and prevent acts of violence against a corporation's assets through their Global Security Operations Center located in midtown Manhattan, New York City. This position requires on-the-job training. You will need to attend and successfully complete the job training, and you may also be required to complete additional training as a condition of continued employment. Failure to successfully complete the required courses in accordance with Constellis/Triple Canopy or Client standards and policies may result in demotion or termination, as determined by management and appropriate procedures.

In addition to providing contract administration and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, the Global Security Operations Center Manager oversees and manages all security and command center operations.



Compensation

Salary: $150,00.00 per year



Responsibilities

* Own GSOC service delivery: incident intake, triage, escalation, coordination, documentation, and closure across security, safety, and operational events.

* Ensure employees perform all duties and requirements of the contract: quality of services and supplies, timeliness of all deliverables, control costs, compliance with all Client reporting requirements, quality control and management of key personnel

* Own and manage all shift scheduling for GSOC operators, including building and maintaining the shift calendar, assigning operators to shifts, and coordinating coverage for time-off, callouts, and overtime

* Supervise all individuals working under this contract

* Lead incident command for defined event categories; ensure consistent escalation, stakeholder comms, and executive-ready briefings.

* Conduct prompt and thorough internal investigations of reported allegations

* Drive continuous improvement via KPI dashboards, QA program, and after-action reviews

* Have overall responsibility for implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the program quality control plan and is responsible for ensuring the work force complies with program requirements.

* Primary monitoring domains: access control alarms, CCTV/VMS, duress, fire/life safety interfacing, workplace violence reporting lines, travel risk alerts

* Ability to plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within budget.

* Work is typically in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions with long periods of sitting, standing or walking.

* Extended hours to include nights, weekends and holidays may be required.



Required Qualifications

* Possess a minimum of five (5) year of experience of specialized experience -Specialized experience includes: Security project development and implementation from inspection to deployment; expertise in Security management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms; and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task Contracts.

* Bachelor's degree or substantial and verifiable law enforcement, military or business management

* A US Citizen with social security card and a valid state driver's license



* Fluently read and write English

* Travel may be required.



Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in a SOC, NOC, or IT Operations Role supporting enterprise-scale environment

* General working knowledge of Microsoft cloud and SaaS platforms, including 0365, Azure AD, Exchange, and SharePoint

* Familiarity with enterprise voice, collaboration, and compliance platforms (e.g. Zoom, Global Relay, Verint)

* Working knowledge of cross-functional IT and facilities incident scenarios, including response to power disruptions, HVAC failures, water leaks, and other building operations events that intersect with security operations
