Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage offline media campaigns across channels such as OTT, CTV, programmatic, radio, podcasts, display, and traditional media
• Oversee media planning, buying, campaign execution, and performance optimization
• Manage agency relationships and ensure strong campaign delivery and accountability
• Monitor budget pacing, spend allocation, and campaign performance
• Develop prospecting and retargeting strategies to improve customer acquisition and engagement
• Partner with creative, brand, and internal stakeholders to align media strategy and campaign assets
• Track performance metrics such as ROAS, conversion, reach, CPM, and attribution

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in offline media buying and planning
• Experience managing media agencies and external partners
• Knowledge of OTT, CTV, TV, radio, programmatic, and other offline media channels
• Strong budget management and campaign pacing experience
• Understanding of prospecting, retargeting, and media attribution
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
