The Senior Manager, CRM Database and Integration is accountable for the health, governance, and commercial use of customer data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and any other company database systems. This role enables customer acquisition and retention by ensuring high-quality data, scalable segmentation, and compliant lifecycle activation across Marketing, Clinics, and the Contact Centre. Operating within a harmonized global data governance framework, this leader serves as the local market owner and primary liaison to Global teams-driving adoption of standards and feeding back market needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to ensure best practices in data entry, maintenance, and reporting, data-driven decision-making and business insights.



Responsibilities

Data Health Management & Quality Assurance

  • Act as the local owner and key interface into global Data health governance, ensuring adoption of global standards while feeding back local market needs.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure CRM data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Implement automated and manual data cleansing and validation processes.
  • Track key data health KPIs aligned with global data governance principles.
  • Establish and enforce global and local best practices for data entry, updates, and maintenance.
  • Ensure all CRM activities comply with local and national regulatory standards and maintain alignment to global governance principles.
  • Partner with IT, Privacy/Compliance, and Global teams to maintain compliance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy and security requirements (and GDPR where applicable).

Collaboration, Training and Project Support

  • Partner closely with Marketing and Analytics teams to understand campaign objectives and data requirements.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign creation, targeting and engagement.
  • Fulfill requests for CRM data and reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Partner on campaign execution, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with defined strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally to promote proper CRM usage and data discipline.
  • Identify training needs related to data entry standards, compliance, and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing guidance to improve CRM adoption and data quality across teams.

Campaign & Lifecycle Enablement

  • Lead the development and maintenance of advanced customer segments, lists, and audiences to support personalized, high-performing campaigns and marketing automations within CRM
  • Enable omnichannel campaign execution (email, direct mail, SMS, digital) through strong CRM design, QA, and data stewardship
  • Partner closely with marketing teams to build and refine lifecycle journeys, triggers, and audience strategies
  • Act as the escalation point for campaign data and delivery issues, diagnosing root causes and implementing durable solutions
  • Enable campaign execution by managing CRM integrations with paid media and event platforms (e.g., Meta, Google), ensuring clean audience sync, conversion tracking support, and data quality.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Science, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven 5-7 years of experience in CRM database management (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and visualization.
  • Proven experience supporting marketing, retention, or lifecycle programs.
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and CRM & reporting tools.
  • Experience with integrations with advertising platforms (ie, Meta, Google, etc.)

Must have skills:

  • Self-starter who is able to identify issues and solve quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Data driven thinking with the ability to interpret performance metrics and generate insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow direction while collaborating across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic analytical tools.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI marketing tools

Hybrid work schedule: 2 days per week in our Somerset, NJ office

Target Salary: 110 - 120k
