You will also be a Delivery Leader, defining solutions and driving successful project delivery. PathWise modeling resources, investment advisory experts, actuarial consultants, quants, and others within the Aon organization will be part of your project teams.

While the role is primarily focused on North America, you will provide global business development and technical expertise to support hedging, investment advisory, and ALM initiatives globally, especially in the APAC region.

  • Revenue Growth: Drive ambitious revenue targets by expanding Aon's presence in the top tier life insurance market; identify and capitalize on opportunities in the fast-growing FIA, RILA and MYGA spaces and along with SAA optimizations for Bermuda Capital, VM-22, and other constraints.
  • Program Evaluation: Lead technical pitches that benchmark a prospect's existing hedging program and investment performance against industry guidelines. Provide Aon solutions to address.
  • Opportunities influenced by regulations: Use your knowledge of VM-21, VM-22, Bermuda Solvency Capital, and related factors. Engage valuation and reporting actuaries to make PathWise the key tool for fulfilling current statutory needs and improving capital efficiency.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor capital market trends and competitor activities to provide timely insights to clients and internal product teams.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related quantitative field. A master's degree or PhD is preferred.
  • Professional Designations: FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries) is required. CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is highly preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in the life insurance or investment banking industry, with a specific focus on hedging, ALM, or derivatives.
