As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative software, advisory, and managed services solutions. This position is a North American role (based in Chicago, New York, or remote/hybrid) within the Life Solutions practice of the Strategy and Technology Group at Aon. Life Solutions at Aon is part of the Strategy and Technology Group and provides modeling software solutions and advisory services to Life and Annuity Re/insurers across the globe. Life Solutions' high-performance modeling platform, PathWise, provides companies with the ability to easily model all aspects of an insurer's balance sheet and income statement without the need for complex coding and is run on Graphical Processing Units (GPU), making it the fastest, most flexible, and most intuitive software platform currently in use in the insurance industry. Our advisory services include actuarial consulting, regulatory and financial reporting support, capital advisory, reinsurance optimization, hedging solutions, transformation and modernization services, and more. What the day will look likeIn this high-visibility leadership role, you will be a primary commercial driver for Aon's Hedging and Asset-Liability Management (ALM) practice in North America. We are looking for a strategic growth leader who can actively expand our market footprint. You will identify, pursue, and secure sophisticated consulting and software engagements by engaging the functional decision-makers who run risk and capital daily. You will act as a trusted peer and advisor to Heads of Hedging, Treasurers, VPs of ALM, Chief Actuaries, Chief Investment Officers, and CFO's helping them to more effectively handle risk, improve returns, and optimize the use of capital. You will also be a Delivery Leader, defining solutions and driving successful project delivery. PathWise modeling resources, investment advisory experts, actuarial consultants, quants, and others within the Aon organization will be part of your project teams. While the role is primarily focused on North America, you will provide global business development and technical expertise to support hedging, investment advisory, and ALM initiatives globally, especially in the APAC region. Pay Transparency Laws:The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $250,000 to $300,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in Aon's annual incentive plans in addition to base salary. The amount of any incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
