Maintenance Director/Worker

The SBL Schools is seeking a versatile professional to join our maintenance team in a full-time, year-round capacity. We are looking for a candidate with commercial maintenance experience to join our current staff. This role is uniquely flexible: depending on your background and leadership fit, the position may be structured as Maintenance Director, Co-Maintenance Director, or Assistant Maintenance Worker. We are looking for a team player skilled in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems who is ready to take pride in our school’s environment.
