Job Summary:

As Manager, Rewards & Recognition you will serve as a critical architect of incentive strategy, driving frontline engagement in the Consumer Sales organization (B2C) across multiple channels, including Contact Centers, Field Sales, Retail Sales, Digital Sales, and the regional Optimum Market Structure.

This high-visibility Manager, Rewards & Recognition position reports directly to the Director of Sales Compensation & Incentives. The role requires superior business acumen, executional rigor, and the ability to drive transformational impact within a dynamic, fast-paced Consumer Sales environment.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Own the end-to-end program management of all incentives initiated and run by Consumer Sales Operations for the B2C organization and oversee incentives run at the channel or sub-channel level.
  • Drive and manage complex, high-impact incentive programs from inception to completion, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Demonstrate exceptional Excel and data skills, including the ability to create and update an array of financial reports as well as help supply the Sales Ops Analytics team with sufficient data to drive their Incentive Dashboard.
  • Manage the relationship with our external Rewards & Recognition vendor, which will require daily touchpoints on platform management, point allocations, gift delivery, and promotional coordination, to name a few responsibilities.
  • Partner with Sales leaders and other Sales Ops units to influence and shape incentive design, reinforcing a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Present to executive leadership and frontline employees before, during and after the incentive, effectively communicating updates and progress to help achieve communicated sales targets and objectives.
  • Adopt a purposeful approach to all incentives, implementing advanced tracking mechanisms to quantify the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth post-mortem analysis of incentives to pinpoint operational inefficiencies and drive process improvement for subsequent cycles.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, compensation structures, and system enhancements, where possible, to maximize incentive results.

Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, marketing, or relevant field is required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations and Rewards & Recognition, preferably in telecommunications/cable or a related technology industry.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, customer engagement strategies, and sales methodologies to address motivational needs of frontline sellers.
  • Strong understanding of Excel and digital tools and platforms, including Rewards Platforms, Tableau, CRM systems, and knowledge database platforms.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00-$168,912.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
