KPMG is currently seeking a Project Coordinator, Total Rewards to join our Talent & Culture organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Managing Director, Benefits and team with strategic projects and ongoing administration on behalf of the firm
  • Coordinate projects and meetings; update project plans, project dashboards and presentation materials; attend meetings as needed to take notes and follow up on action items
  • Manage ad hoc special projects, including project management, vendor coordination and documentation; process and track vendor invoices
  • Provide administrative support to manage a complex calendar to prioritize meetings and other requests; arrange travel plans, registrations to meetings and expenses for the team; serve as first point of contact for Managing Director, Benefits and handle confidential information
  • Draft presentations and other documents, ensure compliance with brand standards, edit and review to increase the effectiveness of communications; assist with updating employee/partner communication websites and other communications; monitor and triage employee question mailboxes
  • Commute to the Montvale, NJ office approximately once per week to process incoming mail regarding retirement and medical benefits, scan and manage offsite inventory; cross-train and assist with special projects for the Compensation and Partner Services team
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent corporate experience; preferably in Human Resource-related functions
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration or related discipline or eight years of equivalent work experience
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; strong time management, planning, analytical and project skills; detail-oriented with the ability to work on multiple concurrent assignments
  • Solid verbal/written communication, problem solving, and judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to build productive relationships with peers and leaders
  • Must be located at a commutable distance to the Montvale, NJ office
