The Stakeholder Engagement Specialist 3 works with internal and external subject matter experts to develop and implement engagement communications in support of company initiatives and is part of the Corporate Communications and Marketing team. The candidate will work cross functionally to create and execute successful engagement communications plans and work to keep both internal and external stakeholders informed. Interested candidates should be passionate about learning the energy industry and the Company's mission of providing world-class energy solutions to meet the diverse and unique needs of our customers and employees. This position reports to the Manager of Public Relations and Stakeholders. Tasks and Responsibilities
Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Self-directed with proven problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement communication strategies and tactics.
Extensive experience in leading projects from start to finish.
Experience using Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
Initiative to work independently or as a member of a team, coordinating with others to achieve desired results.
Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills; ability to assess complex situations, make decisions and manage projects from start to a positive outcome.
Ability to work safely in a variety of locations such as the field, construction centers and the main office. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or related field from an accredited college or university OR extensive exp in related field. Required Certifications
Working Environment
Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events. Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
