Experience with SAP is a plus, but we'll support your learning every step of the way - what matters most is your curiosity, accuracy, and drive to continuously improve. In this role, you will serve as a key link between Behr's national retail customers and internal supply chain partners, supporting demand planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. You'll manage sales history and item/location forecasts, analyze trends, refine forecasting methods, and present insights to senior leaders. With a continuous improvement approach, you'll help improve forecast accuracy, lead projects, track KPIs, and play an active role in shaping how we plan, collaborate, and grow.
