OurProduction Managers are responsible for leading and developing teams to drive improvements in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) around safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Key Responsibilities Map and understand current state material and information flow to create a bridge plan to drive improvement Facilitate RCI culture change with respect to beliefs, behaviors, and processes (teaching lean tools, focusing on developing/improving processes for sustainable results, fostering a spirit of innovation and creativity, etc.) Engage and develop team members leveraging HHT Talent Management tools and processes Focus on improving front line leaders' soft skills to drive relationships that retain members and drive business results Minimum Qualifications 10 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing setting 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in Manufacturing Track record of continuous improvement/LEAN Mfg.
