Overview We are seeking an experienced Account Director to drive revenue growth within our Brand Lift and Campaign Measurement solutions. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on selling survey-based measurement and insights tied directly to media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of new business development, deep familiarity with campaign measurement methodologies, and experience selling into media agencies and brand-side marketing organizations. Key Responsibilities
- Drive net-new revenue through consultative, enterprise-level sales of campaign measurement solutions
- Sell survey-based offerings including brand lift, ad effectiveness, and campaign performance measurement
- Develop and manage relationships with media agencies, planners, buyers, and brand-side marketing and insights teams
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships
- Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across agencies and enterprise clients
- Translate campaign performance data into clear business outcomes, including awareness, favorability, and purchase intent
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (research, analytics, client success) to deliver high-quality solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Consistent generation of new business pipeline and revenue
- Strong agency relationships leading to repeat and expanded engagements
- Ability to position measurement as a strategic component of media investment decisions
- Effective collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes
- Experience with companies focused on media measurement, ad effectiveness, or consumer insights
- Familiarity with cross-channel campaign measurement and attribution frameworks
- Established relationships within agency holding companies or major brand advertisers
Required Experience and Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles
- Proven track record of selling campaign measurement solutions, including brand lift and ad-effectiveness studies
- Demonstrated success selling into media agencies and/or brand-side marketing and insights teams
- Experience with survey-based or panel-based measurement methodologies tied to media campaigns
- Strong enterprise sales capabilities, including managing complex, consultative deal cycles
- Ability to articulate how media campaigns impact brand perception and business outcomes
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
The base salary range for this position in is $115K- $145K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A competitive sales incentive program will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.The commission plan is designed to reward individuals for meeting and exceeding sales targets and plan details will be provided to candidates during the interview.
