Position Summary

The Marketing Communications Specialist serves as the division's lead visual and verbal storyteller. This role is responsible for transforming complex technical capabilities into compelling brand narratives that resonate with customers and drive engagement. By blending classical graphic design principles with strategic creative writing, content and event management, the MarCom Specialist directs the company's marketing communication programs and executes the annual Marketing Plan across all media, trade shows, and digital platforms.

This is an onsite position based in Hollis, NH. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Narrative & Content Creation:
    • Lead the creation of high-impact marketing collateral, including brochures, datasheets, and catalogs, ensuring every piece tells a consistent story of innovation and value.

    • Craft deeply researched application stories, case studies, and white papers that humanize technical data and highlight customer success.

    • Develop "sales enablement" tools that empower the sales team to tell a persuasive, unified story to the market.

  • Visual Storytelling & Graphic Design:
    • Apply expert graphic design and practical experience to create a premium visual identity for the division.

    • Direct the visual "look and feel" of all outbound campaigns, ensuring a sophisticated, professional aesthetic across print and digital.

  • Experiential Marketing & Events:
    • Design and manage immersive trade show and conference experiences where booth messaging and promotional materials tell a cohesive "chapter" of the brand story.

    • Execute pre- and post-show communication plans that maintain a continuous narrative journey for the customer.

  • Digital Narrative Management:
    • Manage the digital customer journey through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and the Product Master (PIM) system, ensuring web content is intuitive and engaging.

    • Design and deploy automated email journeys via Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce Cloud that nurture leads through personalized storytelling and targeted landing pages.

  • Product Launch & Campaign Strategy:
    • Lead all communication and execution for product launches, positioning new innovations within the context of the broader market landscape.

    • Maintain a dynamic marketing calendar that ensures a steady "heartbeat" of brand stories throughout the year.

  • Public Relations & Market Intelligence:
    • Build relationships with media outlets and editors to secure earned media that builds the brand's authority.

    • Conduct research to identify "trending stories" and topics (webinars, infographics, newsletters) that attract and hold the attention of a qualified audience.

  • Collaboration & Analytics:
    • Work with the Commercial Marketing Manager to use analytics (CRM, web reports) as a feedback loop, refining stories based on what truly resonates with the audience.

    • Serve as the internal "brand guardian" for corporate initiatives and social platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.


Qualifications

  • Education and Experience:

  • BS/BA Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or Marketing Communications.

  • 3-5 years of related experience with a portfolio that showcases story-driven marketing campaigns.

  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Creative Writing & Storytelling: The ability to find the "human element" in technical products and write persuasive, elegant prose.

  • Visual Design Mastery: Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite and a refined eye for classical layout and typography.

  • Digital Architecture: Comfort navigating CMS and Marketing Automation tools to deliver narratives at scale.

  • Strategic Project Management: Proven ability to manage vendors and complex timelines while maintaining a high level of creative excellence.

  • Domestic and international travel required as needed
