Salary Range: $20.00 - $28.90

Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

Purpose/Objective:

The position is responsible for assisting the with all Eastern Funding LLC delinquent customer accounts.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and clear check and automatic debit bounces.
• Notify loan officers and management team of action steps taken by collections representative.
• Be proficient in the Company's accounting software system.
• Answer all customers billing related inquires.
• Make ACH date and bank changes as required.
• Create check spreadsheet for all incoming checks received by Customer Service.
• Maintain the Eastern Funding used equipment list.
• Maintain the repossession & returns list for all Specialty Vehicles.
• Assist on repossession of equipment which requires visitation to the location for physical removal of assets.
• Make suggestions to management with respect to loan workout.
• Assist in house attorney in preparing default letter and in other legal matters.
• Know and understand the company's BSA/AML compliance policies, and participate in the company's ongoing compliance training.
• Do other assignments as directed by CM.

Job Specifications (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required)

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 - 4 years of collections experience.
• Strong verbal communications.
• Ability to multitask and problem solve.
• Ability to work independent and understand the need for timely response and proactive measures.
• Ability to work cooperatively with team and other department colleagues.
• Working knowledge of computer software word excel and TValue.
