Title: CMMS Maintenance Planner
Salary Range: $75K - $95K Status: Non-Exempt Days/Shifts: 1st Shift, Monday- Friday with Saturdays as required Location: Salinas, CA Reports to: Facilities/Maintenance Manager GENERAL DISCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE: Under the direction of the Facilities and Maintenance Managers, the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Maintenance Planner is responsible for managing and maintaining the facility's CMMS to support maintenance, reliability, and asset management activities in a food processing environment. This role ensures accurate equipment data, work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and maintenance reporting to support operational uptime, food safety, and regulatory compliance. The CMMS Maintenance Planner works closely with maintenance and facilities technicians, engineering, production, sanitation, and quality teams to ensure the system supports efficient maintenance planning and execution.
