Description Park Bank is hiring our next Senior Consumer Loan Processor, and we'd love to hear from you! In this role, you'll serve as the subject matter expert for consumer loans, supporting retail branch associates with new loan applications, overseeing the consumer loan pipeline, and partnering closely with Mortgage, Retail, Underwriting, and Compliance. You'll ensure consumer loan documents are delivered accurately and on time, assist with loan files, and prepare key pipeline, HMDA, and change management reports for audits, exams, and leadership review. This position also plays a critical role in administering the bank's Loan Operating System (LOS) for consumer loans, including managing users, workflows, integrations, product and rate updates, and regulatory thresholds. - Responsible for executing consumer loan documents and ensuring consumer loan documents are delivered to the consumer lenders accurately and in a timely manner
- Responsible for the management of the Consumer Loan Pipeline
- Provide support to the consumer retail lenders/managers in both technical and decision making
- Provide routine training updates with all consumer lenders during retail meetings
- Provide Admin support for consumer lending portion of the CSM/Decision Pro Software
- Administrate/Maintain - CSM/Decision Pro with rate changes, updated products, form changes
- Posting of consumer interest rates within Intranet and other Internal Advertising
- Familiarity with other processing software that is used - Encompass, LaserPro, etc
- Manage NOIA-Adverse Action - Mailings and Reports
- Manage Employee/Associate Loan files
- Assisting in developing and revising Department Procedures to maximize efficiency, accuracy and client experience
- Assisting in developing new consumer channels for consumer loans, such as E-Sign, Online Applications, etc.
- Working with Compliance Department on making sure Consumer Loans are staying compliant with all regulatory guidelines in an effort to protect clients and the bank
- Assist as needed with the Mortgage Processing Department
- Provide direction for others in the Consumer Processing Department and other teams that work with the department such as Underwriting, Retail, Compliance, Mortgage
- Building strong relationships with multiple internal departments and external vendors to ensure the LOS is functioning efficiently
- May help on any other tasks that may arise within the processing department on an as needed basis
Requirements Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience in Consumer Processing or related work; or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 1+ years administrative experience with applicable lending operating platforms such as Loans PQ/Meridian Link
