Position Overview We are seeking an Intermediatelevel Trainer to design and deliver technologyfocused training programs for users across multiple experience levels. This onsite role is responsible for developing engaging instructional content, administering training sessions, and measuring training effectiveness. The ideal candidate has handson experience with the GLX (Global Learning Exchange) platform and is comfortable creating structured, scalable learning materials. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and administer computerbased training programs for various audiences * Create training materials including visual aids, instructional content, assessments, and learning activities * Develop and maintain content within the GLX (Global Learning Exchange) system * Produce iSpring learning content, including tests, visuals, voiceovers, and learning modules * Generate LX certifications and support learning record updates * Coordinate training schedules, class logistics, and delivery * Conduct instructorled and facilitated training sessions * Develop evaluation criteria and assess training effectiveness * Review learner feedback and performance data to improve training outcomes * Stay current with technology training trends, tools, methods, and instructional techniques Required Qualifications * Minimum of 3 years of experience working with GLX (Global Learning Exchange) * Experience designing and delivering structured learning programs * Ability to create assessments and evaluate learning outcomes * Strong communication and presentation skills * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience creating eLearning content using iSpring * Familiarity with voiceover production and multimedia learning assets Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Palmdale, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
