Job Description

The Enterprise Employee Engagement Senior Consultant II supports a cohesive culture, coordinates most employee engagement initiatives across the office, The Enterprise Employee Engagement Senior Consultant II will be helping to create and advocate for a positive and innovative culture by assisting in developing, managing and executing all projects supporting these values. This role utilizes subject matter knowledge to be a resource for team members on employee culture, researching trends, best practices and processes that contribute to supporting the business objectives of attracting and retaining the best talent, supporting a collaborative, innovative work environment, and supporting employees who create cutting edge products and services for Allstate.

WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE

This position is full-time, on-site and requires a consistent in-office presence during standard business hours. The selected candidate must be based out of our San Francisco, CA office.

This role is intentionally designed to support, activate, and elevate in-person employee experiences and requires daily on-site collaboration, event execution, and direct engagement with employees and leaders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively foster inperson connectionthrough thoughtful employee outreach, using insights such as booking patterns and tenure milestones toidentifyopportunities to reengage employees and invite them into meaningful, welldesigned inoffice experiences.
  • Partner with local leaders and enterprise teams(e.g., Inclusive Diversity, Talent Acquisition) to plan, elevate, and deliver inclusive inoffice experiences that support connection, collaboration, and belonging
  • Build crossteam communitythrough curated gatherings, volunteer events, and wellbeing activations that strengthen relationships and reinforce a shared sense of purpose.
  • Assistin growing and monitoring community participation and engagement, supporting the development of the desired culture and ensuring shared guidelines and norms are understood and followed.
  • Promote connection and visibilityacross teams and departments by capturing and sharing moments through photos, videos, and storytelling that highlight people, experiences, and the value of coming together.
  • Support the development of new and innovative ways to engage employees, continuouslyseeking, sharing, and responding to workforce feedback toidentifywhat resonates most and drives meaningful participation.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This job does not have supervisory duties.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4 year Bachelors Degree. (Preferred)
  • 3 or more years of experience. (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

  • Possesses a natural inclination to explore and use creativity and curiosity to problem solve.
  • Knowledge of best practices and relevant strategies in employee engagement.
  • Intermediate written/verbal communication and facilitation skills for communicating at all levels; including strong presentation skills.
  • Change agent with flexible work style.
  • Advanced experience with change management, conflict management, and coaching/training.
  • Experience driving problem resolution to cultural and logistical problems.
  • Experience executing to the plan in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Brings an energetic and infectious personality.
  • Proven experience with event planning and executing events.

Compensation

Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Employees eligible to work from home also receive a monthly connectivity reimbursement to help offset internet costs.

When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating. Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
