Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manages the day-to-day processes in the ACH Operations team, including scheduling, assigning, and monitoring tasks, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of ACH transactions. Ensure compliance with NACHA rules and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures, for all ACH activities, such as origination, receipt, returns, reversals, adjustments, disputes, and exceptions. Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluation to the ACH Specialists, and identify opportunities for improvement and development. Handles complex or escalated ACH issues and provides resolution and guidance to the ACH Specialists and other stakeholders. Analyze and report on ACH data and metrics, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Participate in ACH projects and initiatives, such as system enhancements, process improvements, and contingency planning. Stay updated on the latest ACH industry developments and ensure the ACH department is prepared for any changes or updates.
