Position Summary Job Profile Summary The Production Manager is accountable for the overall operation and performance of all value streams; including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development. The role leads day-to-day execution and long-term improvement using the Parker Lean System (PLS) and Win Strategy to maximize profitable growth, reduce cost and lead time, and deliver premier customer service.
