Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

Be the Best Field Supervisor You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years of Home care, caregiving orCNA Experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

As a Field Supervisor, you will:

  • Provides supervision and leadership to Home Care Aides
  • Evaluate the quality, effectiveness and of services that are needed for each of the clients served by HCA
  • Conduct unannounced quarterly home visits with clients that have Paid Family Caregivers to ensure the plan of care is being followed and HCA's are present during the hours scheduled.
  • Coach, counsel, mentor and evaluate the performance of HCA's
  • Conduct home visits as necessary, to provide hands on training and assistance
  • Initiate and/or participate in clientstaffing discussion with Care Coordinator
  • Investigate allegations of fraud and theft reported by HCA
  • Documentation and follow up on incident reports
