About This Role Togetherwork is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations. This leader will be a critical driver in optimizing our marketing efficiency and performance - responsible for owning our marketing technology stack, streamlining processes, and providing data-driven insights to marketing and sales teams. You will play a hands-on role in improving the scalability, automation, and integration of our systems to transform the marketing function into a performance engine.

What You'll Do



  • Tech Stack Ownership: Oversee the selection, implementation, integration, and management of key MarTech tools, including HubSpot and Salesforce CRM, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Data & Insights: Build and manage executive-level dashboards to provide insights for strategic direction and budget optimization. Create reports to measure campaign effectiveness, ROAS, lifecycle tracking, and pipeline contribution.
  • Automation & Efficiency: Leverage AI and process optimization to automate critical functions like lead enrichment and lead scoring.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales Operations and Revenue teams to ensure seamless data integrity and system integration between marketing and sales.
  • Future Proofing: Evaluate and recommend new technologies and add-on applications to evolve our marketing automation initiatives and improve campaign performance.


What You'll Bring



  • 10+ years of proven experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role, ideally within a B2B or SaaS technology company
  • Expert knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and significant experience implementing, managing, and reporting on campaign performance with an enterprise-level Marketing Automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and use reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or other BI tools
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills with a strong understanding of sales/marketing funnels and executive-level communication skills to translate metrics into strategic performance insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
