The Production Manager leads the operational and strategic management of warehouse functions on the assigned project and has direct collaboration and communication with customers to ensure business objectives are being met. This role is responsible for developing and executing operational strategies, enforcing company policies, improving performance, and ensuring accurate data collection and analysis. This role also includes financial reviews to identify trends, uncover improvement opportunities, and enhance process efficiency and execution. Additionally, this role coordinates resources across departments to achieve value stream objectives, optimize end-to-end processes, and improve delivery speed and quality. Strengthening cross-functional collaboration, enhances customer satisfaction and supports enterprise agility through a holistic view of value creation across the organization. Requirements
Salary: $103,639.95 - $155,459.93 annually. A starting salary higher than $103,639.95 annually is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale. Travel is required for training.
