Description The Talent Development Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting collaborative and engaging participant-centered learning solutions to improve employee performance and impact change efforts. This role partners with leaders, stakeholders, and SMEs to assess, identify, and prioritize current and future employee capability needs. The Talent Development Specialist then addresses knowledge and skills gaps through training and education (structured courses and programs); coaching and networking (learning and developing through others); and on-the-job (learning and developing through experience). This role also develops training plans outlining scope, risks, dependencies, critical needs, and proposed learning solutions using results-based analysis, instructional design models, and adult learning practices. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.87 - $40.87/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
