*Performing Loan Consultant (Call Center) - Bilingual Preferred* *Location:* Tempe, AZ (Onsite - 5 days/week)
*Schedule:* Monday-Friday, must be flexible between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM *Employment Type:* Contract-to-Hire *Position Overview* We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join a fast-paced call center environment as a Performing Loan Consultant. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners across the country, assisting with mortgage-related inquiries and helping customers who are past due on their payments find practical solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build or grow their career in financial services, customer service, or the mortgage industry. *Key Responsibilities* * Handle a high volume of *inbound and outbound calls* in a structured call center environment * Speak with homeowners to *identify reasons for delinquency* and develop customized payment solutions * Assist inbound callers with *general mortgage servicing questions* (payments, escrow, account inquiries, etc.) * *Process mortgage payments* and ensure accuracy in all transactions * *Document all interactions* thoroughly and accurately in company systems * Identify and refer eligible customers to *refinance or additional financial solutions* * *Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations* * *Meet or exceed established performance and productivity goals* * *Deliver a consistently professional, empathetic, and customer-first experience* *Required Qualifications* * High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred) * Strong *customer service and communication skills* * *Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment* * *Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems* * *Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills* * *Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality* * *Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities* * *Reliable attendance and punctuality* *Preferred Qualifications* * Prior *call center or collections experience* * *Experience in financial services or mortgage-related roles* * *Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills strongly preferred* * *Sales or upselling experience* *What We're Looking For* * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of varying personalities and situations * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently * Commitment to providing *exceptional customer service* *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
