We are seeking an experienced SEO Analyst to play a key role in strengthening the search visibility and performance of our client's digital ecosystem. Collaborating closely with digital marketing, web operations, analytics, and content teams, you will help develop, implement, and optimize enterprise-level search engine optimization strategies across the expansive digital footprint, including the flagship websites, as well as numerous secondary and tertiary sites. Your work will support high-impact digital initiatives designed to connect patients, researchers, faculty members, students, and the broader community with critical health information and services. As an expert in SEO, this position will analyze complex search performance data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and provide actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in organic visibility, traffic, and engagement. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will monitor search performance trends, evaluate the effectiveness of optimization strategies, and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for both internal marketing leadership and stakeholders across the organization. These insights will help inform digital strategy and guide data-driven decision-making across multiple departments. This role is responsible for developing and executing keyword research and search optimization strategies that align with organizational priorities, user intent, and evolving search engine best practices. You will conduct in-depth keyword analysis, competitive research, and content gap assessments to identify opportunities for growth and ensure digital properties remain highly discoverable in search. Working collaboratively with content strategists, developers, UX professionals, and marketing teams, you will help implement technical, on-page, and content-driven SEO improvements that enhance site performance while maintaining strict adherence to brand standards, accessibility requirements, and institutional guidelines. Critical to this position is the ability to translate complex SEO data into clear recommendations that support both tactical improvements and long-term strategic initiatives.
