Welcome to the role of Finished Goods Production Sr. Manager where you will

provide leadership and direction for a multi-function production unit supporting finished goods operations, including formulation, packaging, and warehousing activities. This role is responsible for ensuring products are produced according to plan with predictable timing, volume, and quality using optimal resources.

The position maintains process control, supports competency development across technical and leadership capabilities, and provides strategic direction, goal setting, organizational development, and follow-up against operational targets. The role also supports daily operations in meeting customer and business requirements while driving performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people

In this role you'll make an impact by:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members and ensure they receive the information needed to perform their responsibilities effectively. Coach and develop personnel, support individual development plans, implement departmental training programs, and provide feedback on team performance. Coordinate and oversee overall activities within the operations organization.

  • Ensure all operations are performed safely and in compliance with corporate and local safety requirements, ZEAL, hygiene, GMP, ISO, regulatory, and quality standards.

  • Support a culture of continuous improvement by optimizing workflows, developing strategies to improve value streams, and driving Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement initiatives.

  • Oversee shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, cycle counting, order fulfilment, material handling systems, warehouse layout and design, and external warehouse providers. Ensure required documentation is completed in compliance with federal, local, ISO, regulatory, and Quality Assurance requirements.

  • Manage production operations supporting finished goods output. Ensure the process is in control, resources are allocated appropriately, and production equipment and buildings are operated and maintained effectively. Support alignment with business priorities and operational targets

  • Use strong communication skills to achieve local goals, prepare oral and written reports, ensure technical information is appropriately communicated and archived, and collaborate globally on best practices, training, and business process improvements.

  • Partner with internal functions, Process Engineering, Supply Chain, QES, and global teams to support production processes, product delivery, training, safety, and continuous improvement.

To succeed you must hold:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related technical area.

  • Management experience preferred, or supervisory experience in a complex manufacturing and supply chain environment.

  • Ability to drive change, work independently, and set priorities.

  • Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred

  • Strong management, leadership, oral communication, and written communication skills.

Location: (on-site-Franklinton, North Carolina)

Expected Salary Range: $160,000 - $170,000
