Continuation past the termlengthdiscussed willbebasedonuniversityneed,performance,and/oravailabilityoffunding.POSITION SPECIFICS Penn State Schuylkill is seeking a full-time Clinical Lecturer for the Radiological Sciences Program. The successful candidate will be joining a program that maintains strong clinical partnerships and student relationships and facilitates high levels of student success; the 5-year average ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) exam pass rate is 97% on first attempt and the 5-year average job placement rate is 100%. Additional responsibilities that require travel to the Schuylkill campus include participation in program meetings and collaboration with faculty performing labs during the first six weeks of the Fall semester. Applicants must possess a Bachelors degree or higher plus 3 years related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional ARRT certification is required as well as current registration in Radiography. Preference will be given to candidates that have experience in evaluation of students and familiarity with the JRCERT (Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology) Standards. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check is required in addition to standard background checks. BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES This position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties.
