TITLE: Director FSQS LOCATION: Onsite in Oswego IL, Lombard IL or Avon OH COMP RANGE: $140,000 - $180,000 / year plus bonus Custom Culinary is hiring a Director of FSQS to lead the function for our business. As Director FSQS, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to Custom Culinary US Food Safety and Quality Systems team, including various contract manufacturer locations, warehouses and FSVP (US). Leads one management group to closely align efforts and measure performance in the areas of quality, GPE and manufacturing. Enable our sites to use their local quality group in efforts of GPE and transform our operations group to better understand customer requirements. This is your opportunity to create alignment and commitment with our global quality initiatives, which is set to deliver improved performance consistency, standards consistency, customer satisfaction, and business enablement. This role Is a member of the Custom Culinary US Supply Chain Leadership Team and ensures alignment of FSQS expectations across functions and fellow members. There is potential for a discretionary bonus, with a target of 18%. This bonus is based on personal and company performance and is not a guaranteed bonus plan. This role is affiliated with the Illinois and Avon, Ohio locations, and candidates for this role need to reside within a commutable distance of that location and will be required to come into that location. You may be asked to travel to other locations periodically for meetings. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand and walk to communicate and listen effectively. This will require both office and kitchen environments. Environmental Concerns: The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Dust and odor present in environment.
