Pay rates between $21.30-25.10 and Shift Premiums of $1.00 and $2.00 for hours worked during second and night shifts.

The work schedule for this position is as follows: Monday - Friday from 11:00 pm - 7:30 am. Excellent attendance and punctuality are vital for this role.

    Job Duties



    • Print, download, and prepare pick lists for shipping.
    • Record, print, and distribute all required paperwork for each shipment/load.
    • Upload shipment documentation and verify accuracy of completed loads.
    • Maintain and complete shipping departure logs.
    • Reconcile invoices, bills of lading, pallet reports, and other shipping documents.
    • Generate on time, late, and shortage reports for completed shipments.
    • Perform all SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions for inbound and outbound receipts.
    • Communicate shipping corrections to internal teams and other facilities.
    • Support Shipping Supervisors and/or Leads as needed.
    • Notify management of order changes or discrepancies.
    • Answer phones and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Perform DLX/SAP system cleanup and maintenance at the end of each shift.
    • Troubleshoot SAP and WMS system issues.
    • Complete additional duties as assigned based on business needs.


    Qualifications



    • Proficiency in 10-key by touch.
    • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills with diverse audiences.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
    • 2-5 years of general office or clerical experience required.
    • Strong computer and data entry skills.
    • Experience with SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or related systems preferred.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to work varying schedules and assigned hours.
    • Ability to work in both office and cold/storage environments.
    • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
