Job Overview

The Customer Service Technician plays a critical role in delivering high-quality support to our customers by managing incoming inquiries, processing orders, and supporting customer accounts. This role partners closely with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and professional service while maintaining strong customer relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Process customer orders, quotations, pricing, and availability requests

  • Provide ongoing support for assigned customer accounts

  • Enter and manage orders accurately within enterprise systems

  • Analyze customer requirements and coordinate internally to resolve issues

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to customer interactions

  • Support continuous improvement of customer service processes

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction



Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years previous experience in a customer service or customer support role

Preferences

  • Experience using SAP

  • Experience using Salesforce

  • Background in manufacturing or industrial environments

  • Experience supporting business-to-business customers



Travel & Work Arrangements / Requirements

  • Fully site-based role in Quincy, IL or Campbellsville, KY

  • Monday-Friday, first shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)



Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year. The pay range considers a wide range of factors including a candidate's skills, experience, training, and geographic location.
