The Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy seeks applicants for an Assistant Director of Academic Operations to provide effective advising and academic support to a caseload of students across our undergraduate programs. Reporting to the Director of Academic Operations, the Assistant Director of Academic Operations supports the development and implementation of academic programs within the Batten School. The scope of work for this position includes supporting Batten faculty and GTAs in course execution, academic advising, aligning resources for students and faculty, and collaborating with partners around Grounds. The Assistant Director will assist in the assessment of student needs, implement programming that addresses these needs, and support initiatives that enhance student and program outcomes.
