This role is for a designer who not only produces high-quality visuals, but also enjoys bringing brand and campaign stories to life from concept through execution, with the judgment and initiative to shape work along the way.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled designer who is energized by turning complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives. They are comfortable working from a starting point that may be loosely defined and can independently develop, refine, and deliver work that will elevate EDC's work.

This is a strong opportunity for a forward-thinking, mission-driven designer who wants to grow as a brand communications leader over time. You will play a key part in shaping how EDC shows up across digital channels, campaigns, and thought leadership, helping translate strategy into impactful, cohesive creative work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Contribute daily to social media storytelling by developing concepts and producing high-quality visual assets
  • Collaborate on the development of thought leadership campaigns, bringing a strong point of view on how to communicate ideas visually
  • Design and prototype interactive experiences that make complex content engaging and accessible
  • Bring an editorial mindset to visual storytelling, shaping how ideas are structured, sequenced, and delivered across channels
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, navigating feedback and revisions with professionalism and clarity
  • Contribute to the evolution of EDC's brand and digital presence, including website and cross-channel experiences
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and components that support consistency and efficiency
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution
