Job Tittle-Project Coordinator II Duration-12 Months Location-San Diego, CA 92123 Shift timing: Onsite 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Typical working hours are 6 AM - 2 PM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in utility operations, familiarity with material handling, and safety first experience and culture 2-5 Years of Experience. Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Responsibility This project coordinator resource will be used to support multiple initiatives at Maintenance and Operations including its Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) and its materials and inventory within the Dance Hall. This resource will coordinate VPP projects to advance the safety culture and awareness, collaborating with the VPP PM and leadership. They will also support recent audit findings related to inventory and materials at the yard by performing an initial inventory of materials located in the Dance Hall and creating a process to maintain the inventory. Looking for someone with Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work with represented employees; detail oriented / organizational skills Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Helps prepare status reports and presentations.
