Continuation past the termlengthdiscussed willbebasedonuniversityneed,performance,and/oravailabilityoffunding.POSITION SPECIFICS The laboratory of ProfessorRongchao Jin in the Department of Chemistry,at The Pennsylvania State University, seeks to fill a postdoctoral research position in the area of atomically precise nanochemistry. Research will focus on the synthesis of atomically precise nanoclusters of gold and alloys. The successful candidate should demonstrate extensive experience in wet chemistry, isolation and crystallization of atomically precise nanoclusters. Applicants must have recently received, or be scheduled to receive, a Ph.D. in Chemistry by the time employment starts. The individual should be self-motivated and is expected to lead the projects,as well as contribute to collaborative research efforts.
