AI first experience design

Define and apply established guardrails (explainability, progressive disclosure, human-in-the-loop), leveraging company standards and user-centered design principals to concrete product designs.

Vibe coded prototyping
Experienced using modern AI coding tools to build working, high-fidelity prototypes. Translate ideas into executable UX and support engineers directly, rather than static mock-ups which require re-implementation.

Design system leadership
Able to apply and contribute enhancements to design systems. Working with owners to maintain the cross-product design system, setting standards for component and patterns, source of truth governance, and integration with modern build & AI tools.
Ensure consistency between design intent and implemented UI.

Research driven decision making
Lead or deeply engage in user research, competitive analysis, and validation. Synthesize large, complex inputs into clear UX direction that product and engineering can act on.

Product Team Collaboration
Work as a peer partner in teams including Product Management, Engineering, and User Experience. Participate in AI assisted software development lifecycles where UX is part of generation, verification, and outcome measurement.
