Job Description

Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of project coordination from the facilities side, including project plan and progress tracking; resource management; process mapping; data cleansing and migration; testing; training; user support, and overall communication. The Project Manager ensures assigned initiatives are both well?designed and well?delivered, with clear separation between solution ownership and execution ownership. The Project Manager is accountable for end?to?end delivery execution, ensuring approved projects progress smoothly through planning, build, testing, approval, and completion. Initiatives will be focused on facilities but may include or expand to retail banking and other business lines as needed and availability allows.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Manages execution of assigned bank projects including meetings, timelines, budgets, resources, communication, and supervision.
  • Works in-sync with Facilities, IT and Transformation teams to ensure consistency, transparency, and involvement.
  • Aligns and prioritizes work based on resource availability, cost, and strategic alignment.
  • Ensures all stages, milestones and stage gates are documented, tracked and performed successfully.
  • Ensures appropriate approvals across business on decisioning, expectation setting, and stage gate completion criteria.
  • Identifies and reports on the progress of the projects and any blockers.
  • Handles conflict resolution using problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively.
  • Assist Facilities Director with Monthly Deposit ops reports by reviewing project related invoices and gathering capital project cost from all contractors.
  • Review monthly LOB budget in reconciling monthly expenses against project budget.
  • Help establish and maintain logical construction checklist of tasks from across PMO, Facilities, IT Engineering, and all business stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as requested, needed, or assigned.

Experience and Skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS



  • Proven track record in construction, fit out, refurb and building project management
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all project parties using teamwork and motivational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of appropriate software
  • Able to use standard Microsoft office packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with initiative to work well individually and in a team

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Construction project management: 2 years (required)
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Project Management exposure and experience.



PAY RANGE: $75,247,15 - $105,346.01/year

The pay range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the pay range for this job at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, and market factors; additional compensation may apply.
