Responsibilities The AP Infrastructure Team is seeking a strong Network Engineering and Systems Engineering background to support Cloud Network Operations using modern technologies. Responsibilities include reviewing customer-submitted requirements, performing end-to-end network engineering, and identifying new technical requirements to support mission needs. The role involves designing, implementing, and integrating complex data network solutions, including enterprise and cloud network architectures. The candidate will be responsible for translating customer requirements into scalable technical designs and ensuring effective integration across systems and platforms. Additional responsibilities include working closely with engineering and network teams to deliver customer-driven solutions; designing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise network environments; and producing detailed network architecture documentation and specifications. The candidate will also provide recommendations for hardware selection, engineering techniques, and tooling to optimize performance and meet both current and future capacity requirements. This includes designing and implementing failover and redundancy solutions for mission-critical environments. Technical responsibilities further include providing network solutions supporting server infrastructure such as load balancing, VPNs, firewall contexts, and Network Address Translation (NAT). The role also requires experience with network management protocols and advanced routing and switching technologies. Qualifications
Twenty (20) years of experience as a Network Engineer and/or Systems Engineer on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. (Five (5) additional years of relevant Network Engineering and/or Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.)

Target Salary Range $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
