This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD Extensive domain experience: 12+ years in product strategy, product management, or go-to-market roles within payments, financial services, or fintech, with significant focus on small business (SMB) or commercial segments. Deep understanding of B2B payment products, platforms, and value-added services; familiarity with emerging trends (e.g. digital assets, AI-driven payments, embedded finance) is a plus. Strategic and execution-oriented: Proven ability to craft and drive a product or segment strategy at scale. Comfortable operating at a strategic level (big-picture vision, segment positioning) while also ensuring operational plans and processes are in place for execution across large, matrixed organizations. Influence: Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams and product roadmaps without direct authority. You have effectively driven alignment among global, regional, and functional stakeholders, and have experience building governance structures or operating forums that facilitate decision-making and accountability. Commercial leadership: Strong commercialization skill set. Experience launching or scaling new products, developing value propositions, and aligning product offerings with sales, marketing, and partnership teams. Leadership & communication: Excellent executive presence and communication skills. Able to distill complex ideas into clear messages and credibly represent SMB market needs with senior product leaders, regional heads, and C-suite stakeholders. People management experience required; track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams. Results orientation: Track record of delivering impact in ambiguous, cross-functional settings. Analytical and data-driven approach to prioritization and resource allocation, with the ability to develop business cases and measure success. MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required. U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $192,300.00 to $ 307,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting.
