Cape Fox subsidiary, Eagle Health, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Task Lead to join our team in support of a federal government client. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while supporting acquisition planning, technical reviews, program coordination, and reporting activities. The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position is: $134K - $151K.

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits, including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as a 401K with company match. Core Duties:



  • Provide technical and professional support for acquisition planning, technical reviews, program coordination, and reporting related to the TAAMS recompete and associated probate initiatives
  • Deliver technical expertise on TAAMS functionality, system processes, dependencies, and risks, including support for related systems such as eProbate within eNativeTrust
  • Identify and recommend risk mitigation strategies and ensure all technical considerations are incorporated into transition and implementation planning
  • Support acquisition and budget activities, including development of Independent Government Estimates (IGEs), budget justifications, and required acquisition documentation
  • Coordinate with Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), acquisition teams, and budget offices to ensure timely preparation and submission of procurement materials
  • Facilitate program coordination and vendor engagement, including working with the current TAAMS vendor to identify risks, issues, and transition requirements
  • Provide situational and technical insights to government stakeholders to ensure program objectives remain achievable
  • Prepare and deliver daily and weekly status reports, leadership briefings, talking points, and executive updates
  • Review internal communications and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of reporting
  • Ensure contractor personnel meet required qualifications, and provide documentation (e.g., resumes, work histories) as requested to demonstrate compliance with contract requirements
  • Support potential contract modifications, including adapting to new labor categories within scope and aligning with negotiated requirements
  • Research and investigate new or improved business and management practices for application to programs or operations
  • Analyzeorganizational and directorate operational needs to determine operational requirements as they apply to operational management systems.Reviewforms and reports and conferwith management and users to promote standardization of format, distribution, and purpose, and identifyproblems and improvements
  • Providefor the improvement and simplification of reporting requirements through analyses of data reported, analysis of the requirements and methods for preparation of reports, and ensurethat reporting requirements are met
  • Revieworganizational requirements and participatein problem-solving discussions for the purpose of developing solutions that benefit the organization's internal processes.Applyprocess improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles.Monitoradministrative processes for opportunities to develop recommendations for improved efficiency,and research organizations to determine range of activities, scope of mission, persons in positions of leadership, and contact information
  • Conductcapability analysis and evaluateand adviseon the organization, methods, and procedures for providing administrative support systems
  • Conductinternal studies and evaluations, recommendsimplification measures, and prepareoperations manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively;create, document, and managea controlled system for information and knowledge management
