Job Title: Total Rewards Manager - Americas

Location: Amesbury, MA or Remote MA

Salary: $144,514 - $169,715

Munters is currently seeking a Total Rewards Manager Americas to join our People & Culture team based just North of Boston. This critical role involves developing and executing our compensation and benefits strategy to ensure competitive positioning and compliance across both countries. Ideal for a strategic thinker with deep experience in compensation and benefits management within mid-size, complex organizations, the successful candidate will not only play a key role in shaping our employee rewards and benefits programs.

Responsibilities:

Compensation

    • Lead job evaluation and structure alignment across the Americas.

    • Design and maintain salary ranges, grades, and pay guidelines.

    • Conduct benchmarking and recommend competitive adjustments.

    • Partner with leaders and HRBPs on pay proposals and annual cycles.

    • Model compensation scenarios and manage incentive and bonus programs.

    • Support C&B due diligence and integration in M&A and reorganizations.

Benefits

    • Oversee U.S. benefits operations and evaluate future benefits organization in US

    • Lead plan design, renewals, vendor management, and compliance.

    • Drive regional benefits strategy, cost control, and alignment with MercerMarshBenefits.

    • Lead annual open enrollment and monitor utilization and costs.

Collaboration & Advisory

    • Represent the Americas in global C&B projects and harmonization efforts.

    • Partner with finance, legal, and compliance on budgeting and risk management.

    • Provide insights and guidance to HR and business leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Masters Degree with 7+ years of proven experience in compensation and benefits management, including specific expertise with 401(k) plans and annual audits.

  • Deep knowledge of US, Canadian, Brazilian and Mexican employment laws, benefits legislation, and retirement plan regulations.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

  • A commitment to confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
