Advantage Technical is hiring a Quality Technician for a cutting-edge medical device manufacturer in Acton, MA. Schedule: Day Shift \| Cleanroom environment \| Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs What You'll Do Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on raw materials, WIP, and finished goods Generate and maintain quality records - NCRs, CAPAs, DHRs, internal audits, and training records Execute equipment calibration and ensure calibration status across manufacturing Support regulatory and notified body audits Maintain cGMP compliance within a cleanroom production environment Troubleshoot quality issues and support corrective action implementation What You Bring High school diploma required 2+ years in a quality role within a regulated manufacturing environment Experience with 21 CFR Part 820/11 and ISO 13485 preferred Familiarity with measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, tensile testers, optical gauging Cleanroom and medical device experience strongly preferred Proficient in MS Office; experience with WinSPC, Oracle Agile a plus Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) options Weekly pay via direct deposit Employee discount programs No fees for partnering with Advantage Technical Apply now - connect with an Advantage Technical recruiter and bring your quality expertise to a team that's building something exceptional.
