Pay $25 - $35 per hour (Depending on Experience) + Differential

Schedule: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:15 AM | Sunday - Thursday

Requirements:

• Associate's degree, military training, equivalent vocational training, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related experience in a similar background (performing hands-on debugging, validation, and system-level failure analysis of next-generation server and rack systems within a high-mix, high-ambiguity manufacturing environment)
• Demonstrated technical skills that may be used to conduct on-the-job training and/or lead/guide other employees
• Strong ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures, present information, and respond to questions from managers and customers
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering teams, contribute to documentation, and monitor equipment productivity while adhering to safety guidelines
• Troubleshot and repaired complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in equipment at the component level
• Installing and configuring infrastructure, including servers, racks, switches, and other hardware, including liquid cooling, power
• Provides technical assistance and guidance to other technical personnel
• This position requires advanced technical skills and the ability to provide guidance and training to other technical personnel
• Collaborates with engineering on functionality issues and procedure updates
• Presents training, when necessary, to the new build and service assembler teams
• Contributes to the development of work instructions, batch records, equipment logs, material specifications, and other device history documents
• Helps monitor the productivity of our equipment by tracking yields and equipment cycle rates
• Assists with the installation, debugging, and validation of Test equipment
• Follows all safety guidelines and reports unsafe conditions to the supervisor
• Develops and maintains the Debug Guide to troubleshoot the PCBA
• Provides training and PCBA debugging guidance to other debug technicians
• Assist with the development and delivery of customer presentations and interface with customers.
• Partner with engineers on outside third-party developments
• Organize documentation (specifications, schematics, and procedures).
• Perform tests per customer specifications and requirements.
