Location & Schedule This program is based on-site in Clearwater, FL with a hybrid schedule, so candidates should be comfortable working both in-office and remotely (3 days per week in office). What We're Looking For: This program is on-site in our Clearwater, FL location and selected co-workers would need to be able to commit to a hybrid work schedule. Education:A completed bachelor's degree in a related field is required. A willingness to embrace new ideas and perspectives, with an eagerness to learn and grow. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change and supporting business needs as they arise. A knack for thinking outside the box and bringing fresh ideas to the table, enhancing our team's innovative spirit. Comfortable taking direction and feedback, while also contributing your unique insights to projects. Ability to present ideas and findings clearly and confidently to all levels of the organization. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across diverse cultures and teams, fostering a sense of inclusion. Proficient in utilizing various tools and technologies, demonstrating a resourceful approach to problem-solving. Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring high-quality work. Strong communication skills to convey important information effectively and engage with stakeholders. Organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Occasional flexible hours or overtime based on business needs This role is part of a structured Discovery Representative Program, designed to provide early career professionals with hands on experience through rotational assignments across the business. The program typically lasts between 3 and 9 months, during which participants will be evaluated based on their performance, engagement, and adherence to TD SYNNEX expectations during each rotation. Participation in the Discovery Representative Program does not guarantee an offer of, or placement into, a permanent position with TD SYNNEX. At the conclusion of the program-or at any point during the program-participants may be released from the program based on performance outcomes, business needs, or failure to meet TD SYNNEX policies or procedures. Compensation: Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. The Discovery Representative Program average starting rate is approximately $23.00 per hour.
