Transportation Clerk 2nd Shift responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing all the transportation needs for the Dodge City, Kansas processing plant

• Works closely with all departments at the plant making sure their needs are addressed

• Work with all carriers and drivers to make sure they are kept updated on loads and issues

• Other duties as assigned

Hours for the Transportation Clerk position are 4 pm to 1 am Monday through Friday; Saturday hours are as required

This is an on-site position.

Qualified candidates for the Transportation Clerk position should possess the following:

• Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in stressful circumstances handling various types of personalities
• And levels of authority
• Reasoning and problem solving ability
• Ability to visualize geographic locations and the flow of transportation
• Ability to interact with several areas of the company
• High energy level with a strong sense of urgency
• Willing to work in a team oriented atmosphere
• Strong work ethic
• Must be able to work flexible schedule when required
• Weekend (rotation). Must be able to work weekends when required
• Focus on customer service and the bottom line of the company
• Strong personal value system

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
