Position Summary This roll plays a critical role in our debt settlement firm by handling warm inbound leads and qualifying potential clients who are struggling with debt. You will conduct in-depth discovery calls to build professional rapport, uncover the reasons behind their debt buildup, identify key pain points, verify income, and understand their goals for becoming debt-free. Your primary focus is on high-quality qualification: subtly demonstrating the need for a debt relief program while gathering all necessary financial details to create a comprehensive, well-organized analysis and hand-off summary. This sets up our senior sales representatives for successful pitch calls and closes.
