This role is onsite at Herzing University's Birmingham Campus. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Operations, with a dotted line to central Academic Operations and Student Affairs, the Director of Campus Operations (DOCO) is responsible for providing leadership to campus academic administrators and faculty who support programs of study, and support staff who provide services at Herzing University. The areas which will be directly supervised by this position include the Program Chairs, Department Chairs, Student Services, Faculty, and administrative staff relevant to these functional areas. The DOCO provides leadership and oversight to campus operations (excluding financial aid and admissions) and ensures compliance and alignment with University, Accreditation, and Regulatory Board standards, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the DOCO is responsible for the development of campus capacity and serves as a primary point of contact for the coordination of facility needs, vendor services, and the promotion of student and employee satisfaction at the campus through collaboration with other campus, regional, and functional leaders. Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
