What You'll Do:
  • Perform inspections of products, components, assemblies, and vehicles against drawings and specifications
  • Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation using digital quality systems
  • Support supplier quality management activities, including non-conformance reporting and corrective action follow-up
  • Conduct post-rework inspections to verify product compliance
  • Participate in customer inspections and support corrective and preventative action tracking
  • Monitor calibration status of inspection and measurement equipment
  • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality system
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Associate degree in a technical field preferred
  • 3+ years of quality inspection experience within a manufacturing or related industry
  • 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • 2+ years of experience working with quality standards such as ISO9001, IRIS, or similar quality systems
  • 2+ years of experience using precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • 1+ years of SAP experience

Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug screen
  • Fully onsite role requiring 5 days per week onsite in Naperville
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout production and warehouse areas for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment up to 25 lbs with or without assistance
  • PPE including safety shoes and safety glasses may be required in manufacturing environments
  • Position may require work in production, warehouse, laboratory, or testing environments with varying noise levels and industrial odors
