What You'll Do:
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities to stakeholders and agile teams.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals and customer needs.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to support Agile and Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) practices.
- Partner closely with delivery teams to track product progress and maintain clear communication through dashboards and reporting tools.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, leadership, and development teams to ensure alignment and delivery success.
- Use customer feedback, analytics, and design thinking methodologies to drive product decisions and improve user experiences.
- Collaborate across teams and with other Product Owners to align customer journeys and dependent initiatives.
- Support change management and continuously identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to risk, regulatory, audit, and internal control standards within the product environment.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business, analytical, technical, and product experience.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Deposits/Account Opening
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Agile (Scrum).

- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience prioritizing across competing priorities and a quickly changing landscape.
- Prior experience actively seeking out multiple opinions, yet making independent decisions and influencing positive outcomes.
- Understanding of Design Thinking principles.
- Knowledge of product design and development best practices.
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices.
- Experience working in partnership with user experience teams on product design.
- Experience developing/managing digital capabilities.
- Specific subject matter expertise as needed by the assigned product.
